The Power of God’s People Who are Unapologetic and Noncancellable

We are living in a time of the multi-million-dollar political machine engineered to manipulate and destroy America’s Christian heritage by rewriting history, and erasing reality. Over the past several years Christians of conviction have cut clean through the lies as they found their way through the fog of propaganda, censorship, and cultural rot.

It is truly extraordinary and even more powerful that these God-fearing Christians just didn’t whisper the truth in private. They partnered with Christian ministries like the ‘Voice of Truths Wake-up Call’, and many more who yelled Christ’s truths from the house tops through radio, podcasts, and social media. Some risked their livelihood and reputation, but all risked their peace by standing against the woke religion of decadence, tyranny, and anti-Americanism. They didn’t stop because they feared no evil, for they knew God was with them (Psalm 23).

The evil seculars, calling themselves progressives, but regressive by every ethical and moral standard tried to sell a sterile, artificial dark dream. Their nightmare insists on no conscience, say nothing contrary, believe no reality, and think nothing that hasn’t been approved by the lord of flies. Equivalence was promised, but emotional pain, decadence, and social collapse was delivered. Question their narrative and immediately be labeled as “dangerous.” They are right, bold Christians are dangerous—dangerous to lies, to illusions, to fable schemes built on deception rather than God’s reality. This is why free God-fearing people filled with Christ’s liberty cannot be easily managed or manipulated.

Over the last four years, the secular left is trying to bury dissent. They tried to silence us and crush the spirit of anyone who refused to bow to their new gods. The gods of ‘trust the experts,’ that morphed into the darkness of delusions requiring an individual state of cowardice to comply. Still today, dissent is suppressed by accusing truth speakers of the lack of credentials, “You’re not qualified” or “You are just a conspiracy theorist.” But truth is not reserved for the priestly class or the self-appointed elites. Truth isn’t in the possession of those with the right degrees who pound their desks claiming pedigrees beyond reproach. Scripture proves: “When they saw the courage of Peter and John and realized that they were unschooled, ordinary men, they were astonished and took note that these men had been with Jesus.” (Acts 4:13) These men were speaking the absolute truth of Christ that requires neither credentials nor permission. When Christ’s truth is the primal scream from the Holy Spirit of God unapologetic and convicting. Every Disciple of Christ is commanded to speak His truth, and every disciple must.

Here are Disciples, not just surviving but thriving in the Spirit of God. Our numbers are growing every day, revival is at hand, and truth speakers are getting louder and stronger. Gods’ truth is the opposite of fragile and doesn’t die in darkness; His truth exposes darkness to the light. God’s absolute truth rises to a bright shining light, outlasting tyrants’ darkness, and spiritually surpassing the smear crusade against truth. This shows no matter how hard evil lies, they can’t kill the truth from those motivated by the Spirit to speak the power of what is eternal and true.

This evil play is nothing new. When God fearing people through history spoke against the reigning dogmas, the power-hungry gatekeepers ascend out of hell. They hurl every untrue label they can muster to shame and isolate those who speak painful truths. Why, you might ask, are they so eager to silence? Beneath all the noise and accusation, it’s not outrage or reason driving them, it is fear. Fear that our God, the one and only God is the only truth.  Jesus told us how to know the truth. “If you abide in My word… you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free” (John 8:31-32). Jesus told us if we accept and submit to His word our cause is His, “For this cause I was born, and for this cause I have come into the world, that I should bear witness to the truth” (John 18:37). Once Disciples see their cause is to bear witness to the truth, we cannot unsee truth, nor silence truth. Speaking God’s truth enlightens, informs, edifies, and bears witness to Christ. Once we voice truth, we are calling upon the power of the Holy Spirit “…to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified[a] by faith in Me,” (Acts 26:18).

The progressives fear God’s truth, because they are “…unrighteous men who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them.” Therefore, they “exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen” (Romans 1:18-32).  So deep in their souls they know they are evil liars.

What truly keeps them in a fearful state at night is the knowledge that the foundation under their feet is not rock, but shifting sand and the tide is coming in and they are going to drown. Jesus warned: “Everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.” (Matthew 7:26-27).

It’s easy to believe evil lies. Especially in our modern era of lying news, and social media that uses search engines to suppress the truth. They even claim history was made by the majority. But reality proves something else entirely: it’s almost always the passionate, principled minority who shift the world’s direction. The early church, began as a small, powerless group of ordinary men and women filled with the Holy Spirit. Yet through the courage of conviction of their belief in Christ combined with the willingness to boldly speak truth no matter the cost, turned the Roman Empire upside down.

History repeats this same pattern outside the pages of the bible. The American Revolution was not fueled by a unanimous colonial population; most estimates say about a third of the colonists supported independence while receiving divine guidance from what the British called the Black Robe Regiment. Many others were neutral and about a third were loyal to the Crown. Yet it was the fire of the convicted minority in Christ, in the face of opposition and death that birthed a new nation under God, indivisible, with justice for all.

We press on, not because it’s easy, but because we are commissioned to stand for God’s truth. Paul wrote: “We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed.” (2 Corinthians 4:8-9) The ungodly cannot intimidate someone who has died to himself, or cancel someone who doesn’t live for the world’s applause. As long as we root ourselves in the eternal word of God, who became flesh and lived among us, (John 1:14) those who try to silence truth will always lose. They fight against the most powerful, awesome spiritual realities with human political weapons of labels, shame, and gatekeeping. These pale to “…the weapons of our warfare (that) are not the weapons of the world. Instead, we have divine power to demolish strongholds.” (2 Corinthians 10:4)

We do not respond with bitterness or violence, but with courageous hope and unshakeable conviction. Our mandate from Christ is not popularity, but faithfulness, “For we cannot help speaking about what we have seen and heard.” (Acts 4:20)

Be courageous for we never need permission from anyone to speak the truth into darkness. We don’t need the world’s seal of approval. We just need to speak the word of truth, stand for Christ, and let the truth ring out through the power of the Holy Spirit, unapologetic, and noncancelable. Amen!
