The Supreme Court’s Confidence Game: The Lie of “Judicial Supremacy” was written for “We the People” to demonstrate that the judicial branch of government has unlawfully expanded its authority beyond those powers enumerated in the U.S. Constitution.  The evidence presented in this book demonstrates conclusively that the U.S. Supreme Court—and very probably every state supreme court—has volitionally misrepresented its constitutional role to gain dominion over the executive and legislative branches of government. Through this Confidence Game they have collectively created the façade of “Judicial Supremacy.” Judicial Supremacy is their covert method to illegally gain official authority over all federal and state constitutions. The result is the courts are openly using their positions of trust to establish a “Juristocracy.” These jurists arrogate to themselves a monopoly of interpreting law to gain power and control over America’s constitutional republic.

The U.S. Constitution is the document that created our American government. Without the Constitution being honored, there is no legitimate American government. “We the People” as stated in the preamble, sought to “form a more perfect union, establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity.”

The federal and state legislatures and executive branches of government are the direct elected representatives of “We the People.” The writers of the U.S. Constitution created a third branch, the judicial branch, to decide cases or controversies under the law. In truth, the judicial branch is restricted by the Constitution to be a type of referee that does not have the power to enforce its decisions. This is not well known or understood.

The information in this book reveals the truth to American citizens, legislators, and executives about the origins and goals of the courts’ Confidence Game— “Judicial Supremacy.” Both federal and state legislatures have the constitutional duty and power to check and counterbalance the courts. In this they have been totally negligent. The Supreme Court’s Confidence Game encourages American Citizens and both federal and state elected representatives to take back the power the judicial branch has stolen.
